RINGS MADE TO ORDER
All Engagement Rings | Lab Grown Diamond | IGI
Lab grown diamond engagement rings are rings set with diamonds grown in a laboratory rather than mined. They are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds, and a trained gemologist cannot tell them apart without specialist equipment. Ronora lab grown diamonds are real CVD stones, VVS clarity, D-E-F colorless, and every centre stone of 1 carat or above ships with an IGI certificate. This collection also includes a smaller number of moissanite rings, and each product page states which stone it is set with.
How much do lab grown diamond engagement rings cost?
A lab grown diamond typically costs 60 to 80 percent less than a mined diamond of the same carat, cut, clarity and colour. That gap is what lets most Ronora customers move up a full carat, or into a better cut, for the same budget. Every ring is made to order in 10K, 14K or 18K solid gold, or platinum.
Which shape should you choose?
Round brilliant returns the most light and is the safest choice. Oval and marquise spread their weight along the finger and read larger than their carat suggests. Emerald and asscher are step cuts, trading fire for clarity and depth. Pear and heart are the most distinctive.
Frequently asked questions
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds? Yes. They are diamond, not a simulant. Moissanite and cubic zirconia are different materials; a lab grown diamond is not.
Will it test as a diamond? Yes. A standard diamond tester reads a lab grown diamond as diamond, because it is.
What does IGI certified mean? The International Gemological Institute grades the stone independently and laser-inscribes its report number on the girdle. Ronora includes this on every lab grown diamond centre stone of 1 carat and above.
