What Can Be Returned

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

The item is unworn and unused
It is in its original unaltered condition
It comes back in the original Ronora presentation packaging with all documentation

Items that have been worn, altered, resized by another jeweler, or damaged are not eligible.

What Cannot Be Returned

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Rings made to your specified size
Custom designs, custom settings, or design modifications
Pieces with laser engraving

One exception: If we made the piece in the wrong size or with a manufacturing error on our side, we will accept the return and pay 100% of the return shipping.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@ronoradiamond.com within 30 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Pack the item carefully in the original packaging
Ship using a tracked, insured courier

Do not ship items back without approval first. We cannot process unapproved returns.

Who Pays Return Shipping

Our error (wrong item, wrong size, manufacturing defect): Ronora pays all shipping costs
Your decision (change of mind, ordered wrong size): You pay return shipping

Refunds

Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Issued to your original payment method or as Ronora store credit — you choose
You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for a different size, metal, or style. Contact hello@ronoradiamond.com to arrange. Any price difference is charged or credited accordingly.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ronoradiamond.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.

Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Every Ronora piece comes with a Free Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

How it works:

Contact us at hello@ronoradiamond.com to start a warranty claim
You ship the item to us (your cost)
Our jewelers inspect the piece
If it’s a manufacturing defect: we repair or replace it free, and pay return shipping
If it’s not covered: we give you a quote before doing anything

Important: Any repair done by another jeweler voids this warranty.

Covered: Manufacturing defects in metal, construction, and setting. Structural failures from faulty craftsmanship.

Not covered:

Discoloration from chemicals, makeup, perfume, pools, or hot tubs
Scratches or surface wear from everyday use
Prong wear or bending from daily use
Gemstones lost due to impact, damage, or normal wear
Repairs done by any jeweler other than Ronora
Lost or stolen jewelry

Free Ring Resizing — First 6 Months

One free resize within 6 months of purchase (where the design allows). After 6 months, resizing is a paid service. Email hello@ronoradiamond.com to arrange.

Free Lifetime Lab Diamond Upgrade

Every CVD lab-grown diamond purchased from Ronora is eligible for our Free Lifetime Diamond Upgrade.

How it works: Return your original diamond and receive a credit equal to the original purchase price toward a new CVD lab-grown diamond worth at least 2× more.

Requirements:

Original IGI certificate must be included (where applicable)
Diamond must be in saleable condition
Upgrade credit does not include any duties or taxes you paid originally
Not available for colored diamonds, settings only, or pieces without a qualifying center stone
