Production Time

Every Ronora piece is handcrafted to order in Surat, India. Standard production: 10–15 business days from order confirmation.

Rush production available on select pieces. Contact us before ordering.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping — Free: 17–19 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping — $35 USD: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Total delivery = production time + transit time.

Example: order today → 10–15 days production → 5–7 days express = ~3–4 weeks total.

When We Ship

Monday through Saturday. No shipping on Sundays or Indian public holidays. Saturday-ready orders ship Monday.

Insurance and Signature

Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value. Signature required on delivery — your jewelry will only be handed to you or your designated recipient.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ronora Diamond ships from Surat, India. Import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply in your country. These are the customer's responsibility — not included in your order total. We cannot refund orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Package

Contact hello@ronoradiamond.com immediately. Every shipment is insured — we arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Keep original packaging and photograph any damage.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses where our carriers allow. Express may not be available. Contact us to confirm.

Holiday and Peak Season

Production and shipping may take longer during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. For time-sensitive occasions, order at least 4–5 weeks in advance.
