RINGS MADE TO ORDER
Men's Lab Grown Diamond Rings
Men's rings are built around different priorities from our lab grown diamond engagement rings: width, weight and durability rather than centre stone size. Most sit between 4mm and 8mm wide, with flush or bezel settings so nothing catches during work. Every Ronora men's ring is set with real CVD lab grown diamonds (lab diamonds for short), VVS-VS clarity (colorless stones are D-E-F), made to order in solid gold or platinum.
The emerald cut signet ring holds its stone in a bezel on a heavy comfort fit band. On the east west emerald cut ring the stone runs across the finger, flush set in a full bezel on a wide flat band. The wide pave band has a round centre stone in four prongs with pave along both edges, and the green channel band sets a line of green emerald cut lab grown diamonds between rows of colorless pave.
What width should a men's ring be?
Between 4mm and 7mm suits most hands. Wider than 8mm starts to restrict the knuckle and feels heavy after a full day. Because a wide band sits tighter than a narrow one at the same size, order a quarter size up above 6mm.
Which metal lasts longest?
Platinum is the most durable and develops a soft patina rather than wearing thin. 14K gold is harder than 18K and resists scratching better, which makes it the practical choice for anyone who works with their hands.
Frequently asked questions
Are the diamonds secure in a men's ring? Yes. Most designs here hold their stones in a bezel, a channel or pave, close to the metal. The wide pave band holds its round centre stone in four prongs.
Can a men's ring be resized? A plain or partly set band usually can. Fully set bands cannot be resized far.
