Our lab grown diamonds are cut in Surat, in our own diamond company, and every piece is made in our own factory.

Each of these designs was first made for a customer and photographed in our own studio. Each has a design code, such as R93: all you need to ask about it or reorder it later. Any of them can be made for your brand, with your logo.

Ronora, founded by Fiona, began in March 2018 as our own jewelry manufacturing unit in Surat, India. For years we made jewelry for other brands and private clients, thousands of pieces in all, before we began selling directly to customers online in 2024. Today we're a team of 200 people. Every manufacturing step, from the 3D design to the finished piece, happens in our own factory, the same one that makes our Ronora collection.

Starting a new store or a new line? We photograph and film your finished pieces in our own studio, using your templates, logo marks and branding if you'd like. The shoot is made only for you, and it's free for every business client.

Choose a first collection from our designs with our help, or send us your own. We make your pieces with your logo and a jewelry certificate for each gold (SGL) or platinum (ITPL) piece, and photograph and film them free in your brand's style.
We don't send samples, as every piece is fine jewelry made to order. See our finished pieces in our online shop, and our workshop on a video call after we talk on WhatsApp.
We ship within 15 days of your approval of the 3D design, once you've approved the photos and videos and paid in full. Batches with a lot of design work, or very complex pieces, take longer.
Prices are by quote, on WhatsApp or by email, because every order is different. You pay 70% to book your order and the 30% balance once you've approved photos and videos of your finished pieces.
We arrange shipping to suit each order, insured and tracked, once it's paid in full. Who pays import duties is agreed in your quote.
Every gold piece comes with an SGL jewelry certificate and every platinum piece with an ITPL jewelry certificate. Every lab grown diamond of 1 carat or more comes with its own IGI report, and smaller lab grown diamonds can have one at extra cost. IGI reports carry IGI's logo only.
Yes. Share it on WhatsApp with any notes. We create the 3D design for you to approve before we make your pieces. We only make designs you have the right to use.
Yes. We never resell a client's design, we'll sign an NDA if you'd like one, and we never name our clients. Classic designs, such as a plain solitaire, can't be exclusive to one client.
Yes. We stamp or engrave your logo and business details free, where the design allows, and you're welcome to say "Made by Ronora" too. We don't supply boxes or packaging.
Yes, free on every order: a photo and video shoot of your finished pieces in our studio, in your brand's style, made only for you.
Nothing ships until you've seen your finished pieces and told us they're right. If a piece doesn't match the agreed size, we replace it, and our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects. As every piece is made to your order, there are no general returns.
