1. Who Can Order

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.

2. Our Products

We do our best to ensure all descriptions, images, and specs are accurate. Slight color or appearance differences can occur due to photography or screen settings.

All diamonds sold by Ronora Diamond are real CVD lab-grown diamonds — chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. Conflict-free.

3. Pricing

All prices in USD unless stated otherwise. The price at time of order confirmation is what you pay. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees.

4. Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options at checkout. For custom orders, full payment is charged at the casting stage. Trouble paying? WhatsApp us at +91 96625 52146.

5. Custom Orders

• Cancellation: Only before CAD design starts. Once CAD begins, cannot be cancelled.

• Refund if cancelled before CAD: 100% to original payment method

• CAD revisions: 1–2 rounds free. Minor changes cost nothing. Major changes after approval may have a fee — we always ask first.

• Final sale: Cannot be returned unless we made a confirmed error

• Your responsibility: Once you approve the CAD, all specs are confirmed. We are not responsible for errors in specifications you provided.

6. Ring Sizing

You provide the correct ring size. We offer one free resize within 6 months (where design allows). If we produced the wrong size due to our error, we fix it at no cost including shipping.

7. IGI Certification

Included for center stones of 1.00ct or larger. Not included for smaller stones or multi-stone pieces where no single stone is 1.00ct+, unless stated in the listing. If your stone doesn't match the certificate, contact hello@ronoradiamond.com immediately.

8. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may have import duties or taxes in your country. These are entirely the customer's responsibility.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ronoradiamond.com belongs to Ronora Diamond Jewelry. No copying or commercial use without written permission.

10. Our Liability

Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays from customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes handled exclusively in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
