Our custom order process is simple and engaging, keeping you involved every step of the way. Here’s how it works:

• Design Approval: After receiving your request, we'll create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) of your jewelry. If changes are needed, we’ll revise it until you're happy and approve the final design.

• Stone Selection: Once the design is set, we cut and polish the stones, sharing images or videos for your approval before setting them.

• Jewelry Crafting: With your approval, we begin crafting. Upon request, we can share progress images.

• Final Approval & Shipping: Once complete, we’ll send final images and a video. After your approval, we’ll securely package and ship your piece.

This ensures your custom jewelry matches your vision perfectly from start to finish!

The processing time for custom orders typically takes about 12-14 days, from the creation of the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to the completion of your jewelry. For intricate or complex designs, additional time may be needed, and we’ll keep you informed in such cases.
