Diamond earrings are measured in total carat weight, meaning the pair combined rather than each stone. A 2ct pair is two 1ct stones. Every Ronora earring is set with real CVD lab grown diamonds, VVS-VS clarity, D-E-F colorless, and every diamond of 1 carat or more ships with its own IGI report. Made to order in solid gold or platinum.
Around 1ct total reads as everyday, 2ct as noticeable, and 4ct and above as evening jewelry. Because earrings are seen from the side as often as the front, the setting profile matters as much as the carat.
Screw backs are the most secure and the right choice for anything above 1ct total, where the weight can work a push back loose over a day. Push backs are quicker to fasten and fine for smaller studs.
Are both stones matched? Yes. Ronora matches pairs for cut, clarity and colour so they read identically from the front.
Studs or hoops? Studs suit daily wear and sit under a phone or helmet comfortably. Hoops read more decorative and catch light while moving.
