Four carats is a size mined diamonds put out of reach for almost every buyer. Grown in a laboratory the same stone becomes attainable without dropping clarity or colour to afford it. Every stone here is a real lab grown diamond, VVS-VS clarity, D-E-F colorless, with an IGI report for every lab grown diamond of 1 carat or more.
Practicality becomes the main consideration rather than price. A 4 carat round is around 10.2mm wide, which sits across most of the finger. Profile height matters more than anything: a low setting wears comfortably, a high one catches constantly.
Elongated cuts, for a different reason than at smaller weights. A 4 carat round can look almost spherical on a slim finger, while a radiant, oval or emerald at the same weight distributes the mass along the finger and reads more elegant than sheer.
