Kylie Jenner wore drop earrings with two pear shaped diamonds on each ear to the BAFTAs on February 22, 2026, reported as made by Moussaieff and weighing 71.94 carats for the pair. She wore cluster earrings of 75 carats at the Golden Globes in January and earrings of pear shaped diamonds at the Oscars in March, both reported as Lorraine Schwartz. A weight appears only where at least two sources give it. "Not confirmed" means only one source gives a weight, and "not reported" means none does. Prices checked on October 28, 2026.
A pear shaped diamond is round at one end and pointed at the other, like a teardrop. Worn as a drop with the point facing down, it lengthens the line from the ear toward the jaw and moves when you turn your head. After the BAFTAs, Katerina Perez wrote that the statement earring was back in the spotlight.
BAFTAs, February 22. Kylie Jenner wore drop earrings with two pear shaped diamonds on each ear. Katerina Perez names the jeweler as Moussaieff. Moussaieff's own blog lists the pair at 71.94 carats of diamonds, and The Diamond Collective, the Natural Diamond Council's site, gives the same weight and calls them natural diamonds.
Oscars, March 15. She wore about 200 carats of Lorraine Schwartz diamonds across her necklace, earrings and rings: Marie Claire says approximately 200, Katerina Perez says nearly 200 and Page Six says more than 200. Katerina Perez describes earrings of cascading pear shaped diamonds, and The Diamond Collective describes giant earrings with multiple pear shaped diamond pendants. Both say the necklace was centered on a marquise cut diamond.
Golden Globes, January 11. Her Lorraine Schwartz earrings were a cluster style of 75 carats (Robb Report, Bustle, Harper's Bazaar). They come up again under cluster earrings below.
Felicity Jones wore pear shaped diamond drop earrings by Fred Leighton to the Oscars (Katerina Perez, The Diamond Collective). Charli XCX wore De Beers London earrings of fancy vivid yellow pear shaped diamonds to the Golden Globes (Katerina Perez, The Diamond Collective). Only one of the two outlets gives a weight for the Jones earrings, so we leave it out.

Catherine, Princess of Wales. The Greville Chandelier Earrings were made by Cartier in London between 1918 and 1929 (What Kate Wore, The Diamond Collective). She wore them to the BAFTAs on February 22 (Katerina Perez, The Diamond Collective) and to the Oman state banquet on October 20 (What Kate Wore, Marie Claire Australia). No outlet gives a weight.

Quinta Brunson, Critics Choice Awards, January 4. Brilliant Earth says she wore its yellow gold diamond tennis necklace, and The Zoe Report credits her look to Brilliant Earth jewelry. Neither gives a weight.

As The Nod Mag tells it, the name comes from Chris Evert, who stopped a match in 1978 to look for her diamond bracelet, which had come off, and called it her "tennis bracelet" when a reporter asked (many accounts say 1987, which that article says is wrong). Katerina Perez also dates the name to the 1970s and calls tennis bracelet the modern name for a diamond line bracelet.
