1. Who Can Use This Website

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.

2. Our Products

We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight differences in color or appearance can happen due to photography, screen settings, or natural variation in gemstones and metals.

All diamonds sold by Ronora Diamond are real CVD lab-grown diamonds. They are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds — created using Chemical Vapor Deposition technology. They are conflict-free.

3. Pricing

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices can change without notice, but the price at time of your order confirmation is what you pay. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate changes.

4. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

For custom orders: full payment is charged when your order enters the casting stage. We’ll notify you when this happens.

5. Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made specifically for you. Here’s what you need to know:

Cancellation window: You can cancel only before we start the 3D CAD design. Once CAD begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund if you cancel before CAD: 100% refund to your original payment method
CAD revisions: 1–2 rounds are free. Minor adjustments cost nothing. Major changes after approval may have an extra fee — we’ll always tell you before charging.
Final sale: Custom pieces cannot be returned unless we made a confirmed error
Your responsibility: Once you approve the CAD, all specs (size, design, metal) are confirmed. We are not responsible for errors in specifications you provided.

6. Ring Sizing

You are responsible for providing the correct ring size when ordering. We offer one free resize within 6 months of purchase where the ring design allows. If we made your ring in the wrong size due to our error, we resize or replace it — including all shipping — at no cost.

7. IGI Certification

IGI certification is included for center stones of 1.00ct or larger. For smaller stones, or for multi-stone pieces where no single stone is 1.00ct+, IGI is not included unless the listing says otherwise.

The certificate ships with the jewelry or is provided digitally. If the stone you receive doesn’t match the certificate, contact hello@ronoradiamond.com immediately.

8. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes in your country. These are entirely the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

9. Intellectual Property

Everything on ronoradiamond.com — product images, descriptions, logos, design files, and written content — belongs to Ronora Diamond Jewelry. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without written permission.

10. Our Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted. Continuing to use our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
