Production Time

Every Ronora piece is handcrafted to order in Surat, India. Standard production: 10–15 business days from order confirmation.

Rush production is available on select pieces. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability and cost.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping — Free
Estimated transit: 17–19 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping — $35 USD
Estimated transit: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Total delivery time = production time + transit time.
Example: Order placed today → 10–15 days production → 5–7 days transit (Express) = approximately 3–4 weeks total.

When We Ship

We dispatch orders Monday through Saturday. No shipping on Sundays or Indian public holidays. If your order is ready on a Saturday, it ships on Monday.

Carriers

We use leading international carriers — including DHL, FedEx, and other trusted couriers. We always choose the fastest and most reliable option available at the time of dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package in real time with the carrier.

Insurance and Signature

Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value. A signature is required on delivery — your jewelry will only be handed to you or your designated recipient.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ronora Diamond ships from Surat, India. Depending on your country, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes when it arrives.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility. They are not included in your order total, and we have no control over them. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.

We cannot refund orders because of unpaid customs fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Package

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@ronoradiamond.com. Since every shipment is fully insured, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Please keep the original packaging and photograph any damage — this is needed to file a claim with the carrier.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses where our carrier partners allow. Express shipping may not be available to all such addresses. Contact us to confirm before ordering.

Holiday and Peak Season

During high-demand periods — Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas — production and shipping may take longer. For time-sensitive occasions, order at least 4–5 weeks in advance.
