Every Ronora piece is handcrafted to order in Surat, India. Standard production: 10 days from order confirmation, then delivery in 10 to 15 days.

Express Shipping: $35 USD
Estimated transit: up to 10 days after dispatch
Total delivery time = production time + transit time. Festival offers and order-by dates follow US Eastern time and end at 11:59 pm on the date shown.
Example: your piece takes 10 days to make, then up to 10 days by express or about 15 days by standard shipping, so it is in your hands within about 25 days.
We dispatch orders Monday through Saturday. No shipping on Sundays or Indian public holidays. If your order is ready on a Saturday, it ships on Monday.
We use leading international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and other trusted couriers. We always choose the fastest and most reliable option available at the time of dispatch.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package in real time with the carrier.

Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value. A signature is required on delivery: your jewelry will only be handed to you or your designated recipient.
Orders above USD 1,999: we pay your duties. When your order is above USD 1,999 (product total after any discount), Ronora Diamond pays the customs duties and import taxes in your country. Your jewelry arrives with nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Orders of USD 1,999 or less: Ronora Diamond ships from Surat, India. Depending on your country, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes when it arrives. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. They are not included in your order total, and we have no control over them. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.
We cannot refund orders because of unpaid customs fees.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@ronoradiamond.com. Since every shipment is fully insured, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Please keep the original packaging and photograph any damage, as this is needed to file a claim with the carrier.
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses where our carrier partners allow. Express shipping may not be available to all such addresses. Contact us to confirm before ordering.
During high-demand periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, production and shipping may take longer. For time-sensitive occasions, order at least 5 weeks in advance with express shipping, or 6 weeks with standard shipping.
