RINGS MADE TO ORDER

Pear Jewelry | Lab Grown Diamond | VVS CVD

This collection gathers every Ronora piece set with pear stones, across rings, pendants, earrings and bands. The pear combines a rounded end with a single point, giving it a direction no other shape has, which is why it works differently in a pendant than it does in a ring. Ronora lab grown diamonds are real CVD stones, VVS clarity, D-E-F colorless; a few pieces here are set with moissanite, stated on each product page.

Which way should a pear face?

In a ring, point toward the fingertip. This elongates the finger and is the standard orientation. In a pendant, point downward, so the stone hangs naturally with gravity. Worn the other way a pear looks unsettled, and most people notice without knowing why.

What should you check on a pear?

Symmetry along the vertical axis, since the point must sit directly opposite the centre of the rounded end. Also the shoulders, which should curve evenly rather than looking flat or pinched. And like all elongated shapes, check for a bow-tie shadow across the centre.

Frequently asked questions

Is the point fragile? It is the most vulnerable part, and should always be protected by a V-prong. In a bezel setting it is fully protected.

Which ratio is best? Around 1.45 to 1.75. Shorter reads stubby; longer becomes very narrow.

A pear hangs the way rain falls, point up, weight down, always settling perfectly. Our pendants and drops are balanced so the teardrop swings true.

Symmetry, tip protection, and grade: every pear passes all three before setting, with IGI certificates accompanying eligible stones.

The Elegant Outlier Price

The Elegant Outlier Price

Pears price below rounds per carat while looking larger, and lab grown multiplies the advantage. The distinctive choice is also the economical one, quietly.

Why are pear shapes so popular for pendants?

The teardrop hangs the way jewelry wants to hang, point anchoring up, weight settling down, so it always sits perfectly centered.

Which way does the point face in earrings?

Point-down drops read classic and lengthen the neck, point-up studs read modern. We make both to order.

Do pear pendants tangle or flip on the chain?

Ours are bail-balanced to the stone's weight so the flat face stays forward. A flipping pendant is a balancing failure we do not ship.

What sizes suit a first pear pendant?

Half carat to one carat wears beautifully day to day, and the pear's spread makes even the smaller end look generous.

Are pear jewelry stones certified?

Eligible sizes carry IGI certification, with the studio's D to F, VVS to VS floor under every stone regardless.

Can I gift-order with the recipient's details unknown?

Pendants and earrings need no ring size, making them the perfect surprise pieces. Order, wrap, done.
