This open heart lab grown diamond necklace traces a heart outline with a single row of small diamonds set end to end. Pear, marquise, emerald cut and small square diamonds each turn a different way, giving the heart a scattered, confetti like edge, and it hangs from a fine cable chain joined at two points.
The diamonds are lab grown, D-E-F colorless, VVS-VS clarity and Excellent cut, about 2 TCW in total. Every stone is under 1 carat, so this pendant does not carry a single-stone certificate.
