A marquise cut center stone is turned on its side and held edge to edge inside a smooth bezel, the band curving into a single sculptural wave instead of sitting straight. It is a lab grown diamond ring built for someone who wants to break from the usual prong solitaire, whether the occasion is an engagement, an anniversary, or a promise made to herself. The center stone is a real diamond, not cubic zirconia, grown in a lab using CVD technology, D-E-F in color and VVS in clarity, set by hand in Surat.
Most marquise rings stand the stone up tall. This one turns it sideways and lets the bezel do the framing, one continuous edge of metal tracing the outline of the diamond with no gaps, no prongs, nothing to catch or snag. Below it the band bends into a single soft curve, the kind of detail that only shows itself on a second look, and every lab grown diamond used in this ring is cut to an excellent standard for maximum brilliance.
