RINGS MADE TO ORDER
Cushion cut lab grown diamond engagement rings feature the pillow-soft square outline that has been in continuous production for over 200 years, making it the oldest still-popular diamond cut in fine jewelry. The cushion cut predates the round brilliant by a century: it was the dominant engagement ring shape in the 19th century, fell from favor in the 20th, and returned in the 21st as buyers rediscovered the warmth and romance of its rounded corners and brilliant glow.
Every cushion cut lab grown diamond engagement ring in the Ronora collection is made to order in our Surat studio. The center stones are Real CVD Lab-Grown Diamonds: VVS clarity, D-E-F Colorless range, grown using Chemical Vapor Deposition technology. The cushion cut's modified brilliant faceting pattern produces a glow that is softer and more diffuse than the sharp sparkle of the round or princess, and distinctly warmer than the flash of the emerald or radiant.
The cushion's pillow-soft corners reduce the daily wear risk of the princess cut's sharp 90-degree edges, making it one of the most comfortable of all engagement ring shapes. A cushion cut lab grown diamond engagement ring is particularly well-suited to vintage and antique-inspired settings: the shape reads naturally in milgrain halos and engraved shanks that would look anachronistic around a sharper modern cut.
Available in solitaire, halo, pave, and vintage-inspired settings. IGI certification included for eligible selections. Made to order in 14K and 18K Solid Gold in White, Yellow, and Rose, plus 10K Gold, 925 Sterling Silver, and Platinum.
Ronora - Made for the Moments.
The cushion's rounded corners and pillowed face demand a setter's patience. Ours shape each basket by hand until the stone sits like it grew there.
A cut this old comes with assurances this new: IGI certification, free resizing, and returns without a fight.
The cut your great-grandmother would recognize, at a maker's price she would not believe. Two to three times the diamond, same budget.
A softened square with rounded corners, like a pillow. It glows with broader, warmer flashes than the pinpoint sparkle of a round.
Its ancestor, the old mine cut, dates to the 1700s. Today's cushion keeps that romance with modern light performance, and antique cuts are trending hard in 2026.
Cushion for soft vintage character, oval for elongated modern drama. Both look generous for their carat.
Reasonably well, and since ours run VVS to VS clarity anyway, the eye sees nothing but glow.
Yellow or rose gold deepens the antique warmth, especially with a hand-engraved band. White metals turn it icy and fresh.
Yes, eligible center stones come with IGI certification documenting your exact diamond.
